Dr Imraan Sardiwalla is a caring and dedicated General Surgeon with a special interest in Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary (HPB) and Surgical Gastroenterology. He provides expert, personalised care from his private practice at Raslouw Private Hospital, where he manages conditions affecting the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and bile ducts. He is trained in both laparoscopic (keyhole) and open (laparotomy) surgical techniques, allowing him to offer the most effective and minimally invasive treatment options for his patients.
In addition to his private practice, Dr Sardiwalla is passionate about surgical education and plays an active role in teaching and mentoring future surgeons at George Mukhari Academic Hospital. His commitment to excellence in HPB surgery led him to complete a six-month advanced fellowship in India, focusing on complex hepatobiliary and liver transplant surgery, a field he continues to pursue as part of his future endeavors.
